Managing Users and Profiles

Now you can update your own contact information and or invite a colleague from your company. Login to the client portal. To update or invite, Navigate to the top menu and follow the below steps.

Manage your own profile

  1. Click on your Name
  2. Click Profile
  3. Hover over the field (that you would like to edit)
  4. Click Edit

Manage your company's profile

  1. Click on your Name
  2. Click Profile
  3. Click Client Profile from the left-hand menu
  4. Hover over the field that you would like to edit
  5. Click Edit

Invite Colleagues

  1. Click Invite Others
  2. Enter your colleagues First Name
  3. Enter your colleague's Email Address
  4. Click Send

View Colleagues

  1. Click Directory
  2. Review current colleagues who have access to our portal
