Submitting a request via Email

Email is one of the easiest ways in which our clients can reach us. When you email us for a support query to our support email address, it will be created as a ticket in our helpdesk. The email address of the contact who raised the query will become a contact in our helpdesk immediately. You can just reply to it or perform actions like forwarding or adding notes. It helps us to compile and organizes them in a single place so no customer complaint goes unnoticed
