Password Reset

The following are the steps to reset user passwords:

  1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Employees -> Reset User Passwords ( or Tool Search: Reset User Passwords)
  2. username: SAP_Support
  3. New Password: xxx || Confirm Password: xxx => xxx is the new password
  4. Reset User password

Very important in case the API user was created for SAP support:

It is needed to log in with the created API user and change the password, once the reset is done.

Reason: It is mandatory to change the password after the first log in and this can not be done by SAP support team.
